kdesvn-kio-plugins software package provides Subversion I/O slaves for KDE, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdesvn-kio-plugins
kdesvn-kio-plugins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdesvn-kio-plugins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdesvn-kio-plugins *
You will get with kdesvn-kio-plugins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
